Lasik and Lasek

What is Lasik?
With Lasik technique, a thin layer is removed from the front part of the cornea with a blade-free laser.
Lasik technique corrects myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism in the eye. After Lasik, a balance of the number in your eyes occurs quickly and the return to the old number is very low. There is no difficulty in operating both eyes. The patient can be discharged from the hospital by day. Patients undergoing Lasek technique may return to their daily routine within 24 hours.

What is Lasek?
The Lasek technique is the Excimer Laser process applied without removing the thin layer on the front of the horn.
It is frequently applied in cases where corneal structure is not suitable for lasik.
