Breast Enlargement

There may be breast breasts in women for various reasons. In some women, breast development, which is developmentally small from the young maiden age, is still small in later ages, even in the postpartum period. Sometimes, after breastfeeding and weight loss, the breast will shrink in the tissue. It is medically possible to enlarge the small breast.

Here, in order to increase the volume and thus enlarge the volume, the breast prostheses are surgically implanted. The inside of the breast prosthesis may be filled with different materials such as silicone gel, serum or soybean oil. Today's most preferred prostheses are prostheses filled with silicone gel. These prostheses are placed underneath the breast tissue or under the island under the breast. The prosthesis size required for you and where the prosthesis will be placed. Your pre-operation physician will decide during the interview. The incision made for placement of the prosthesis also determines the Permission to remain postoperatively. The entrance is under the nipple. It can be the nipple area or the underarm. During your visit with your physician, the place of entry is decided together.

The operation is performed under general anesthesia. After the operation, a special bra fitted to the new size of the breast is put on the patient's room. One day you need to stay in the hospital. In the first few days, especially when the prosthesis is placed under the muscle, arm movements can be painful. Your memories will become edematous and nervous in the first days, and as the edema decreases in the following days, the breast will recover in its natural form. The majority of the ointment takes 6-12 months to fully stretch in the first month.

After the operation, arm exercises should not be done for about 6 weeks. The points you will notice after surgery will be explained in detail by your physician.
